SK Jewellery has once again led the market with the launch of its latest range of offerings, the SK 999 Pure Gold, to much fanfare at the SK Jewellery showroom in Tampines Mall last Friday night.
More than 100 specially-invited guests including partners and friends from the media were treated to a visual feast of immaculate craftsmanship and impeccable designs. Local celebrities, Jamie Teo, Mindee Ong, Cheryl Wee, and emcee for the night, Darren Lim, were also present to celebrate this joyous launch.
Models paraded the regal combination of tradition and modernity, allowing guests to marvel up-close at the exquisite designs of the jewellery pieces.
To reinforce the celebration of traditions and the joyous bridal occasions, SK Jewellery unveiled their adaptation of the widely recognised Chinese character “Double Happiness” with the inclusion of the numeric “99”, signifying a lifetime of happiness and pure blessings using the highest level of purity in the precious metal creations.
The new bridal range by SK Jewellery is the company’s unprecedented step into the traditional practice of gift giving from one generation to another, whilst maintaining a contemporary take on the designs.
“SK Jewellery has an esteemed team of experienced master craftsmen, putting together immaculately designed 999 Pure Gold jewellery products, appealing to Singaporeans and visitors from Greater China. We have been considering the expansion of our wedding jewellery range, and what better way to communicate blessings and true happiness than by incorporating modernity into the Pure Gold pieces traditionally gifted to the newly-weds,” shared Mr. Peter Lim, Managing Director of Soo Kee Jewellery Group.
“With the introduction of the SK 999 Pure Gold jewellery in the bridal line – 纯金囍饰 (chún jīn xi shì), SK has again raised the bar in the local jewellery market like they did a couple of years ago in marketing affordable white gold jewellery. The introduction of the 999 Pure Gold collection by SK Jewellery is timely when consumers are looking not only for contemporary pieces, but also ways to preserve both their heritage and wealth,” said Mr. Albert Cheng – Managing Director, Far East – World Gold Council.
